TSR Tickets

This is a request usually done by new contacts or people who need information about products or solutions which are not about products they bought from Opto Engineering.

To create a ticket of this type, simply insert the requested data consisting of:

  • a subject (brief description of your query) 
  • the message itself.
  • it is also possible to attach up to three files to better explain your need.

Once it is done, simply click Send Ticket to send it to your application engineer.
